After an extensive career in Advertising and Marketing for The Washington Post, Gloria Robinson Norman founded Norman Consulting in Y2000. Her vision for the company was, and continues to be, to provide relevant, effective professional development experiences for employees and managers in both Government and Private Sector settings.
Ms. Norman’s favorite motto is “The Road to Success is Always Under Construction”. She is committed to helping others achieve personal and professional excellence along their “roads to success”.
Gloria has served as Executive-in-Residence for Howard University’s School of Communication and is an adjunct professor for The University of Maryland, Montgomery College, and The Universities at Shady Grove in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. She holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland, and is a Walden Institute certified online instructor.
